Julie Lockyer does not provide an emergency service. And is not available out of hours (working hours are Monday- Friday between 9am -5pm) or during her annual leave. In the event of an emergency I understand I can contact the following;

You can access emergency psychiatric care at you local Accident and emergency department
Sessions needs to be cancelled 24 hour in advance. Any cancellation not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged at the full rate.
Please note that sessions not cancelled within 24 hours or not attended are NOT covered by medical insurers. These sessions will be charged privately.
Individual sessions £110 (50 minute sessions)
Reports outside of routine updates to the referrer will be charged for in accordance with the above rate
Self-payment needs to be by cash or cheque on the day or by EFT prior to the next appointment
Payment by Medical Insurer
The client needs to provide all the relevant insurance claim information to Julie Lockyer (either on the form provided or by email). Any amounts not paid by the medical insurer remain the responsibility of the client.
Julie Lockyer invoices medical insurers on a monthly basis
Julie Lockyer does not monitor individual packages with the insurer; it is the client’s responsibility to keep a record of how many sessions their policy covers and to ensure that they have sufficient cover through the insurer. Should the client exceed their allocated sessions, the client will be responsible for making payment at the self-paying rate on sessions not covered by the insurer.
If there are invoices outstanding then sessions may be terminated until payment has been made.
